Yes! With the Indeed Interactive mobile app for iPhone or Android you’ll receive event notifications so that you don’t miss a moment of learning or networking. We’ll make an announcement closer to the conference when the app is available for download from mobile app stores.
Yes, certain sessions will be available for SHRM & HRCI credit. We’ll indicate which ones when we unveil the agenda—stay tuned!
Breakout sessions will be a diverse set of presentations, workshops and discussions led by industry thought leaders, designed to educate and inspire. We’ll announce tracks and our breakout session topics (and who should attend!) when we reveal the agenda for Interactive 2020.
No, you do not have to register for any sessions, but breakout sessions are first come, first serve and space may be limited!

Austin is a low-key city, and business casual is ideal for daytime activities. You’re welcome to spruce up or stay casual for our Monday night Welcome Reception and Tuesday night conference bash. Be sure to have comfortable shoes for traveling between sessions and trekking around downtown.
We’ve got you covered for breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the conference. Our Monday night Welcome Reception features drinks and small bites, and our blowout party on Tuesday night features a buffet and cocktails. Check the mobile app for more information on where meals will be served each day.
All event cancellations must be received electronically by firstname.lastname@example.org by the dates listed below:
- Full refund: Cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on Tuesday, December 31, 2019.
- 50% refund: Cancellation notices must be received between 12:00 a.m. CT on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 and 11:59 p.m. CT on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations notices received after 12:00 a.m. CT on April 1, 2020.
Failure to check in at the event does not constitute cancellation and will not give rise to a refund or credit. Please email email@example.com with any questions.
