An expert in the power of positive communication as a driver of success, Gielan works with clients like Microsoft, Adobe and 3M to help professionals shift their focus from the negative to the positive and reap the rewards of solutions-oriented thinking. She combines experience in broadcast communications and psychology to deliver fresh insights on relationship-building and workplace happiness.

Michelle holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and previously worked as a national news achor at CBS.
