Pick up your badge on the 4th floor of the JW Marriott. Registration is open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Wednesday.
Austin is a low-key city, and business casual is ideal for daytime activities. You’re welcome to spruce up or stay casual for our Monday night welcome reception and Tuesday night conference bash. Be sure to have comfortable shoes for traveling between sessions and trekking around downtown.
We’ve got you covered for breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the conference. Our Monday night welcome reception features drinks and small bites, and our blowout party on Tuesday night features a buffet and cocktails.

Yes! With the Indeed Interactive app for iPhone or Android, you’ll receive event notifications and an interactive agenda. We’ll make an announcement closer to the conference when the app is available for download from mobile app stores.
Yes, certain 1-hour sessions will be available for SHRM credit. We’ll indicate which ones when we unveil the agenda—stay tuned!
Tracks are groups of related content. You are not obligated to attend all of the sessions in a particular track—feel free to mix and match as it suits you! The four tracks into which our breakout sessions fall are: Thought Leadership, Practical Application Unique Perspectives and Product Workshop.
The breakout sessions will be a mix of 30-minute or 1-hour presentations, workshops and discussions designed to educate and inspire.
What you need to know to book your trip to Austin
Book your flight into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, which is just a 25-minute cab ride to the JW Marriott in downtown Austin.
There are plenty of dining and recreation options within walking distance of the JW Marriott. For longer treks or if you need a break from walking, take a pedicab, taxi or ride-sharing service. Please be aware that Uber does not operate within Austin city limits, so try Fare, Fasten or RideAustin. Indeed will provide free shuttle transportation to and from our Tuesday night party.
