Pat Duffy was head of marketing for Defence Force Recruiting from November 2007 through April 2017. She and her team were responsible for all aspects of marketing for the Australian Defence Force. During that time, she established the brand positions for the Australian Navy, Army and Air Force and brought a number of successful campaigns to market.
Prior to DFR, Pat was head of marketing for Optus, Telstra, St George Bank and MLC. She is a Certified Practicing Marketer, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. A previous Director of the International Advertisers Association and Director and Vice Chair of the Australian Data-Driven Marketing Association, she is currently on the Board of the Australian Marketing Institute.
Pat left DFR to establish a consulting practice, using her marketing expertise and drawing on her experience with and understanding of defence.
